Hi, I’m Sam.
I am a Tulsa-based psychotherapist specializing in IFS therapy (Level 2 Trained). I bring a compassionate and caring approach to counseling, believing each client possesses inner wisdom and an innate capacity for self-healing. I emphasize active listening and collaboration to help each client access their inner resources and achieve their full potential. As a Catholic Christian, I value the spiritual dimension of each client and I bring a holistic approach to counseling.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I was involved in communications and marketing. I’m married to my best friend, and together we have five wonderful kids who keep us busy and smiling. Our family moved to Oklahoma nearly ten years ago, and we’ve loved living in the beautiful Green Country of Tulsa.
It’s a true joy, gift, and honor to be a part of people’s journey, even for a brief time. Everyone has a fascinating story to tell, and each person is unique and beautiful in their own way—and that includes you.
I received my Masters of Science in Counseling from Divine Mercy University, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma. Whatever your struggle, wherever you are in your journey, I look forward to working with you.

“Burdens of shame do not define you. Whereas these lies say you are unimportant, God says you are decidedly well-known and deeply loved. And you can be real because you are his. You are the light of the world—and shame has no place in the light.”
